Airport cladding get new lease of life

What the Customer Wanted…

Our customer’s premises were looking tired. Sunlight had faded the previous cladding coating, and there were signs of corrosion to the cladding itself. Not only was this giving a poor first impression to their customers visiting their premises, it was also affecting the integrity of the cladding, which would eventually lead to structural defects. This was a job for on-site painting specialists, Elevation Coatings…

Project Preparation…

Every project, no matter how large or small, receives a thorough onsite inspection, considering all aspects of the job, from health & safety, to the best products to use on the project. Every project is different, there is no ‘one-size fits all’ approach to our work. In this case, the project was to be completed air-side at an airport, so there were additional hazards which required particular expertise, and a specialised insurance.

We used a powerful 3000psi pressure wash system, to remove loose and flaking paintwork. We repaired damaged and corroded sections of cladding and primed the cladding ready to be painted. As the previous paint has become so faded, we applied two top coats of paint, ensuring a lasting finish we are happy to put our name to.

It’s only by paying this attention to detail, that we can confidently offer a 15 year guarantee on all interior and exterior on-site painting projects.

We are the on site spraying specialists. Our services protect and enhance your property. In this case, we sprayed the repaired & resprayed exterior cladding, protecting the structure of the building for years to come.
